4. As a formal government, it is necessary to require the security services, the police and the army (to demand, not to ask) to comply with legitimate government demands.

5. To ensure that the European Union formally cooperates with the legitimate government and not with a group of aggressive individuals who illegally oppress the people of Belarus with the help of the military. If one of the countries in the world does not want to, then we should turn to the people and ask if they are really satisfied with the opinion of their country?
