The Second Coming of Christ
I admit that everyone has heard the assessment
that if Jesus Christ returned to earth, people would crucify him
again. Yes, that's exactly what's happening on Earth. Right now and
at this moment.
I will have to upset those who are waiting for
some obvious historical similarities - something like the cross. No,
there is no cross. But everything else is. And it is up to the people
themselves whether history will repeat itself.
The greatest
value of Jesus Christ in the past was faith in one god. Yes, it was
all shared afterwards, the spirit of God, the saints and so on, but
that does not change the essence - the ability of Jesus Christ to
once unite and steer the movement that believed in one god. This idea
did not come out of nowhere - there is evidence that the trend
towards monotony in Mesopotamia at that time was in full swing. He
was simply the turning point in this
thinking. And Jesus Christ was seen by the local authorities, then
the Roman Empire, as a threat to power, and the locals, for their own
peace, helped him crucified.
Two millennia have passed and
history repeats itself. Only this time has the new Jesus Christ come
to preach politics, not ideology. There is another empire, torn by
riots on all sides, where the emperor and his company
are frightened to death by anything that
could threaten their
power. There are people who understand that what is happening is
infinitely strange and do not help anyone, but for the sake of dear
peace, they are ready to donate to this devouring regime those who
look at the situation differently. Let them
imprisoned, but let others
it live peacefully!
Alexei Navalny has
a real team of apostles. What is really happening makes us look at
the apostles of Jesus Christ in a very different way and appreciate
Jesus' command. Times have changed and these apostles will not sit
around him at the same table, but those who follow events, will know
what people are talking about. There were also prophets who could not
be forgotten - neither Johar Dudayev nor later Boris Nemtsov. They
said, did and told enough for Alexei Navalny to move on. And along
with Navalny, his
apostles are growing. As in the time of Jesus Christ, you cannot stop
them. Many times later Christians were defeated somewhere, but faith
left. The realization that you know the truth is not, in reality,
defeatable. As a solution, the rulers gradually found the opportunity
to offer distorted versions of the beliefs that took root in nations
such as Catholicism, Orthodoxy, and Islam, but essentially all of
these beliefs contained at least one main idea expressed by Christ -
God is one.
Navalny and his team preach republicanism, not as it
is in today's Western European countries, but complemented by the
possibilities of the Internet and the call for people to become
genuinely involved in politics. He is also being killed for this. And
no, so far this has not been Christ's scenario. Because it started
when he decided to return to Russia.
I think anyone who has read
the Bible remembers the moment when a revelation from God comes over
Christ, which will happen, and
Jesus Christ accepts it. Think that Navalny did not have a revelation
about what awaited him before returning to Russia? And the return
with the whole trial is the path of Navalny Golgotha, during which
the Russian people had the opportunity to stop the execution process.
And not just the Russian people. I'm not saying there was nobody
to try, but there were too few of them and
the will was too weak.
There is also its own Judah. No, it is
not Putin who plays the role of Pontius Pilate in this story - he
looks around his circle of admirers and says in a soft voice that if
the people demand it, then it should be punished. It is a judge who
certainly knew, what Navalny was preaching and that he was not really
to blame, but she
made a decision for which she
received her
Jewish penny - an apartment.
As I said, there is no cross. There
is a modern killing institution - not to let you sleep, not to be
treated and to watch how
you suffer and die. It is not three days on the cross - today's
Pontius Pilate has a desire to experience the suffering of the victim
over a long period of time.
Will Navalny's death change
anything? Definitely not. Like the death of Jesus Christ, it
can only become a symbol. And even his life
will be a symbol. For the apostles are no longer standing still; they
go on. An online record, like for Tikhanovska, of those who are ready
to protest. About Svetlana Tihanovska - do you think that Jesus
Christ was the only one who preached the idea of one God
at that time? Aha, as then, believe it or not. He was simply the one
who remained in the memory of the people. And these ideas are in many
places, implemented in new batches. Putin now doing everything he can
to make Navalny a symbol of these parties, perhaps even for all the
next millennia, as a sign that Republican politicians fighting for
the right to vote and express their views are unable to defend
themselves. Which at the same time means that this policy will only
grow and develop, and the future preachers of republicanism will not
be the ones who will allow themselves to be crucified.
However,
historical similarities do not mean that the consequences will be the
same as in Christianity. At least I hope that will not be the case
when Christians first beat each other as much as possible, but then
split into directions that beat each other again, and even today
Islam is unable to accept the existence of other faiths for one
God.
Because
politics is not faith or ideology. The goal of the policy, however,
is to take care of the people and, most definitely, in the future, if
the republics learn to defend themselves together and create an
agreement mechanism, then the republics will become more and more. No
one has long had any doubt that such a political system, like two
thousands year ago the belief in one God,
was better. However, it is Navalny and others who are taking a new
path, showing that modern technology is a solution that politicians
must take into account and a way for every citizen to get involved in
political processes.
If the people of Russia really allow
Navalny to be killed, then those who think that they will be seen as
good people in the future will have to be a little sad. I imagine
films five hundred years later, in which Putin is portrayed as
Pontius Pilate, who understands nothing of the realities of the
surrounding environment and, for fear of his power, decides kill
Navalny. And to remind the people of
Russia, for whom christians
did not love the Jews for a very long time - for
the idea that they were the ones who
crucified Jesus Christ.
There is only one question left - in
two thousand years, have we finally become smarter, or will we deal
with those who bring new life and news, just as we do with Jesus
Christ?
